BEING THAT THE LOUNGE IS LICENSED UNDER “BODY ART ESTABLISHMENT” NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS ALLOWED. DUE TO LIMITED SEATING CAPACITY, IT IS ENCOURAGED TO NOT BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADDITIONAL FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

Cosmetic tattoo is not regulated by the board of cosmotology.

A VALID ID IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF YOUR SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL VALID ID WE CANNOT PROCEED WITH THE APPOINTMENT.

  • Healed results will vary from person to person, and using a powder or pencil may still be needed in some cases. Because I have no control over what occurs during the healing process, absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be needed to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply in these cases. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with the highest quality of service, many factors can result in a less than the desired outcome due to healing and aftercare. Please refer to my PRE CARE section to review everything you will need to know and prepare for before your procedure.

  • Booking Policy: A Booking Fee is required when scheduling an appointment. Booking Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the appointment (prices are listed). Please make sure to double check the procedure, date, and time you are booking.

  • A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your appointment, this deposit ensures you are serious about your appointment. You may RESCHEDULE your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled time. If it is after the 72 hours, we charge a 20% rescheduling fee. ALL CANCELLATIONS FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT.

  • The Remaining balance can be paid in cash or through square.

  • If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Booking Fee (meaning that you will be required to pay a new booking fee when you schedule your new appointment

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you will need to do so through your confirmation email sent through my scheduling site.

  • If you No-show your scheduled appointment or are more than 20 minutes late, or if I am unable to work on you due to pre-procedure details or contraindications, you will be charged the full balance of your scheduled service.

  • Please do not email or message me asking to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I am constantly receiving emails and messages so I may not see it in time.

  • Services Under 30 minutes.

    If you No-show your scheduled appointment or are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged the full balance of your scheduled service.

  • These policies are non-negotiable and apply equally to everyone.

PLEASE NOTE: Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client, and due to the nature of the procedure, NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions is crucial! Pre Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. Brows are NOT meant to stay as dark as they initially appear immediately after procedure. Your brows are gradually and continuously getting lighter as your skin is always naturally regenerating and exfoliating itself. Yearly color boost are recommended to keep your brows looking their best.

  • Viral Infections/ Disease

  • Botox (we recommend discontinuing Botox 1 month prior and post procedure)

  • Accutane in the past year

  • Chemical peel or laser treatment within the past month

  • Psoriasis, Rash or Sunburn on or Around Treated area

  • An Allergy to Lidocaine, Tetracaine or Epinephrine.

  • Previous Permanent Makeup

  • Lash or Brow Growth Serums

PRE - CARE

 

1.   Do not work out 48 hours before the procedure and No Excess Sweating for up to 10 days after procedure.

- The body can burn for up to 36 hours after a work-out and body heat expands the pores making it harder to retain

the pigment. After procedure the body can metabolize pigment and lead to poor retention. 

2.   No alcohol, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, or Pepto-Bismol 48 hours before the treatment

  - They may thin the blood.

3.   No caffeine the day of the treatment - Although caffeine is not a blood thinner, 

it will increase blood pressure which can then cause more bleeding.

4.   Avoid sun and tanning on the face 2 weeks prior to the procedure 

– We cannot work on compromised skin.

5.   Avoid fish oil, prenatal vitamins, nutritional shakes, and “Hair-Skin-Nails”

 supplements – They can increase bleeding time or thin the blood. 

6.   Discontinue Retin-A, Chemical & Laser peels, Microdermabrasion, 

Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), and any chemical exfoliants or

     “brightening” skincare at least 6 weeks prior to procedure. 

(Once brows are healed, avoid use of these products near the eyebrows for prevention of premature fading.)

7.   Botox and filler on the forehead, temple, and eye area 

    should be done 3 weeks prior or 2 months after the procedure.

       – Symmetry can be hard to balance with too recent of botox.

8.   No waxing, tinting, or threading 1 week prior to the procedure. 

       – The more natural hair you have the better. Also waxing may cause a breakout.

9.   PLEASE NOTE: One may be more sensitive during their menstrual cycle!

10.  Clients who smoke THC or cigarettes will bleed more, 

which will lead to poor retention and slow healing of wounds. 

In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their best) these Pre & Post Care Instructions found in policy page are of the UTMOST IMPORTANCE! Pre-Care instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure will dilute the pigment color and lead to poor results! 

Attention Please: We strongly advise prospective new clients to book their appointments at least 3-4 months in advance of Vacations, Weddings, and Special Occasions. This allows adequate time for healing of both your Initial Appointment as well as a your Follow Up Session 6-12 weeks after your initial visit. Dream brows cannot be achieved in just one session, this is a multiple-step process! Some clients may require more than two sessions to achieve their desire density and shape.
